The Philanthropy 50, the Chronicle of Philanthropy’s annual list of America’s top donors, is based primarily on gifts and pledges of cash and stock to nonprofit organizations. The data here lists the 50 top givers each year from 2000 through 2024, listing who gave how much, where the giver is based, the source of the giver's wealth, and the top cause the giver supported.
