What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and checks. If you would like to pay by check or be invoiced, please contact us at +1 571-540-8070 or cophelp@philanthropy.com. Payment is required before products are shipped.

Do you charge taxes?
We do not charge taxes on any store product.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally.  If you experience any trouble placing an order from outside of the United States, please contact us at +1 571-540-8070 or cophelp@philanthropy.com.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped through DHL. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please allow 10-12 business days for items to arrive. If you need a product immediately, please consider purchasing the digital version, which allows for instant access.

How can I track my order?
When the package ships, an order tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address you provided with your shipping information. If you do not receive your order within 10-12 business days, please contact us. If your order required reshipment, you must contact us at cophelp@philanthropy.com to obtain the tracking information.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Please call us at 571-540-8070. If your order has not been processed, we will make every effort to adjust or cancel the order accordingly. If the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns. Please refer to our User Agreement. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cophelp@philanthropy.com with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.  We will process a reshipment upon review.

How do I download my digital product file?
Once you purchase a digital product, you will be able to download the PDF from the order confirmation page, and you will receive an email with download links. Please note that digital files can be downloaded a maximum of one time.

Can I place a bulk order for an item?
Yes, please contact cophelp@philanthropy.com for more information.

Can I purchase the digital format of a report and share it with others? Can I put it behind a paywall?
All store items are intended for individual use only, per our user agreement. However, if you would like to share a digital item with a group or put it behind a paywall, please submit a request to copsolutions@philanthropy.com.

Can you help me with my Chronicle subscription or newsletters?
Please contact subscriptions@philanthropyservice.com or 800-728-2819 for questions related to your Chronicle subscription or newsletters.

Can I get a sample of an item before purchasing?
We can provide a table of contents or an executive summary for specific products. Please contact us at cophelp@philanthropy.com if you are interested in getting a sample of a particular product.

 

Webinars

I am trying to register from outside the United States and need help. What information should I include in my email to Customer Service? Please include the name, email, and address for each registrant and we will email you an invoice.  If the billing address is different from the registrant’s address, please also provide the billing name, address, and email address. 

I participated in a live webinar. When will the archive version be available?
Recordings are available within approximately five business days of the live event. We will send an email to all registrants when it is ready. Look for an email from The Chronicle of Philanthropy.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or accept product returns. Please refer to our User Agreement. If you require assistance with a purchase, please email us at copevents@philanthropy.com.

Will you offer this webinar again?
We don’t repeat the same webinar, but we do record them all so you can replay them from your browser. Recordings are available within approximately five business days of the live event. You can purchase access to a previous webinar at any time in The Chronicle of Philanthropy store.

Are these webinars eligible for CFRE Credits?
Yes, each 75-minute webinar is worth 1.25 CFRE credit.

I can’t make the webinar at the scheduled time. Can I view it later? 
Yes, we record each webinar and post the video recording and slides online afterward. We send out an e-mail to all registrants within approximately five business days of the webinar with a link to the video and slides. Or you can access the webinar in Webinar Library section of My Account at philanthropy.com.

Webinars airing in July 2023 and after are not available in your library yet but will be added in the future. If you are looking for a session you purchased and don’t see it, please contact customer service. Thank you for your patience as we work to add future sessions to this page.

I didn’t register in advance for the webinar but would like to access the archive. How can I do that? 
We record all of our webinars so that you can replay them from your browser.  Recordings are available within approximately five business days of the live event.  You can purchase webinars any time in The Chronicle of Philanthropy Store.

I would like my colleague in another location to view the live webinar at the same time as I do. Is this possible?
You can’t have multiple computers logged in at the same time if you pay one price. But multiple people can view the webinar at the same time on the same computer.

How can I get a receipt for the webinar?

I want to participate in the webinar, but I haven’t registered yet.  Is it too late? 
You can register for the webinar any time–even after it starts at The Chronicle of Philanthropy Store.  And if you miss the live event, you can watch it later on your browser.

What is the dial-in for this webinar?
There is no call-in for the webinar. Audio is provided through your computer, so you will need a computer with speakers. 

Why are the slides not moving?
If you are having trouble viewing or hearing a webinar, it may be a compatibility problem between the media player and your browser. Try using a different Web browser.

How do I download the slides from the webinar?
The recording is available within five business days of the live event. Go to your profile on Philanthropy.com, select “Webinar Library,” find the session, and then click download “Supplemental Resources.” Webinars airing in July 2023 and after are not available in your library but will be available in the Zoom Events account you used to register for the webinar. If you are looking for a session you purchased and don’t see it, please contact customer service. Thank you for your patience.
