Blair Winn oversees all fundraising strategies to support the science and art museum’s programs and operations, including its capital campaign and related planning and outreach. Before joining the Exploratorium, he was Director of Advancement for the nonprofit Illuminate the Arts. He has more than 20 years of for-profit and not-for-profit arts management and fundraising experience in New York City and the Bay Area.

Andrew Zill is an event planner and designer with 20 years of experience. He creates and manages events and decor with a focus on the guest experience. His clients include Harpo Productions/O Magazine, MIT, Johns Hopkins, the Harvard Business School, U.S. Foodservice, the Baltimore Ravens, Under Armour, and Best Buddies International, among others. Zill previously served as an on-camera designer for HGTV and is the recipient of six ADDY Awards for creative excellence.

Emily Haynes covers nonprofit fundraising for the Chronicle. Haynes previously worked at WAMU 88.5, Washington’s NPR station. There, she coordinated a podcast incubator program and edited for the hyperlocal news site DCist.com. Her past experience includes serving as assistant managing editor at the Center for American Progress.
