Felicia Murphy-Phillips has 40 years of experience in health care, youth advocacy, community development, and higher education. A certified fundraising executive, she has worked as a fundraiser for 30 years. Previously, Murphy-Phillips was president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland, executive director of the University of the District of Columbia Foundation, and director of campaign divisions at United Way of Central Maryland.

Wise Philanthropy and the Wise Philanthropy Institute
Richard Marker helps lead Wise Philanthropy, a firm that advises wealthy donors on their charitable giving. His experience includes teaching donors and grant makers through targeted programs at the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, and the Wise Philanthropy Institute, his company’s educational arm. He works with families and grantmaking organizations and specializes in equity and ethics in grant making. Previously, Marker was the CEO of a large foundation and has served as a trustee for many others.
