Many nonprofits accelerated efforts to diversify donor pools after the murder of George Floyd sparked a national reckoning on racial injustice. Although much remains to be done, in this session, we’ll feature groups that are successfully creating diverse donor pools. We’ll share key steps to take to cultivate a wide variety of donors, no matter your mission. We’ll explore ways to identify and build trust with potential donors of different races and ethnicities and engage people of all backgrounds in meaningful ways – to inspire giving and to strengthen your work.
